If you would like to add to your order please just email me on and I will do my best to add any items to your current order. Otherwise you may just need to make another separate order.

Once your order is placed I'm afraid it cannot be cancelled, you will need to follow the returns procedure.

We aren't currently doing pre - orders but will hopefully have this up and running shortly.

I always thoroughly check your gifts before they are packed and shipped but if you should receive a damaged or faulty gift then please get in touch within 48 hours of receipt. Please take a photo of the damage so that I can claim back from the courier/supplier.

I cannot be held responsible for damages after this period.

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 day of delivery (excluding original delivery charges.)

We will be happy to arrange whatever you prefer in terms of returning the item but the delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure the item is secure and fully protected for it journey as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged goods and we will not be able to refund you. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched, this does not include weekends or bank holidays. You will receive a message once your item is on its way.

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked and we will send you full tracking details via email, please check your spam/junk mail incase it is there. Delivery prices are calculated at the checkout and are based on the size and weigh of your order.

If you are local to the Horsforth/Leeds area I am happy to deliver free of charge.

We are not currently offering international orders at this time.
